Mise en Place is a hospitality operations platform designed for the realities of running a modern venue — busy services, tight margins, and guests who expect everything to just work.

We built the platform around one idea: every second between a guest's decision and the kitchen's action is waste. QR ordering at the table, instant routing to kitchen stations, and real-time alerts for floor staff cut that waste without removing the human element that makes hospitality special.

The platform serves independent restaurants, bars, cafés, hotel dining operations, beach bars, food trucks, clubs, and catering businesses. It handles the full service cycle — table sessions, ordering, kitchen management, billing, and post-service analytics — in a single system, with role-based access for every member of the team.

Optional add-on modules — DeepL-powered menu translation, menu engineering analytics, loyalty, marketing, and delivery ordering — can be activated when a venue needs them, without changing what already works.
